miamed has launched the first national project for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) to bridge the import gap of Sodium Chloride, which exceeds 1,000 tons annually. By relying on an expert scientific team and pure Syrian raw materials, we deliver a product that rivals international quality standards.

The Manufacturing Journey

miamed has designed an advanced production line depending on local expertise. The entire manufacturing process is carried out without the addition of any chemicals, utilizing modern technologies that ensure the removal of impurities through completely safe methods.

The process operates through four precise technical stages to ensure full compliance with the most prestigious international pharmacopoeias:

1. Pretreatment: Advanced physical purification of raw salt using multi-stage filtration systems to eliminate primary impurities with maximum efficiency.
2. Recrystallization: Implementation of MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) technology—one of the world's latest innovations, ensuring exceptional crystal purity and high energy efficiency.
3. Microwave Drying: A qualitative leap in salt processing. This technology integrates drying and sterilization into a single step, ensuring the removal of moisture and microbes without affecting the salt's chemical properties.
4. Packaging: Conducted in classified Clean Rooms immediately following treatment. This ensures the product's quality and stability are maintained throughout its entire shelf life.
